He is a bold and decisive navigator who, at the time of change, embraced a grand vision and drew up magnificent plans.

He is a steadfast and pragmatic craftsman who built his career withTruth-seeking spirit and the ultimate quality.

He is also a warm and responsible entrepreneur, carrying the happiness of his employees with a compassionate heart, and giving back to society with responsibility and great love.

Looking back, he has written a remarkable legacy; looking forward, he stays true to his mission, pressing onward with greater resolve, ready to conquer even broader horizons!

Tempered by wind and rain, forging an indomitable spirit

“As hardship tempers jade, so struggle shapes the man.” Born in an era of scarcity, he learned the weight of life at a young age. At twelve, while others were carefree, he had already shouldered the burden of his family and embraced responsibility far beyond his years.
In 1978, he resolutely joined the army. Five years of military life forged him with steel will, instilling the decisiveness and discipline that would later become his armor in the business world.
After returning from service, he gave up a stable job many envied and stepped into the world of commerce. From logistics to building materials, he remained grounded—rooted in integrity, driven by action. “Not drawn by illusion, nor distracted by empty acclaim”—with this perseverance, he laid the foundation for the creation of White Rabbit Ceramics.

Entrusting at the time of crisis, Reshaping the new enterprice

In 1998, with amid turbulence in the ceramic industry, Jianhong Ceramics fell into crisis. He stepped in at a critical moment—and within three months, revived the struggling enterprise. It was a testament not only to his courage, but to his extraordinary ability to turn crisis into opportunity.
He said, “An enterprise cannot rely on luck to survive—it must let its products speak.”
In 2001, he founded Xuri Ceramics, ushering in a new chapter under the banner of White Rabbit Spirit: truth-seeking, pragmatism, and extreme innovation. He firmly believed that only an unwavering commitment to quality could win the market. From that moment on, “zero defects” became the unshakable cornerstone of White Rabbit Ceramics.
Over the years, he strategically expanded operations—building Xuri factory II, the Jiangmen Base, the White Rabbit Base, and the Hunan Production base. With extraordinary foresight, he implemented the “Three Tiles Integration, Five Tiles in Synergy” strategy, transcending traditional ceramic manufacturing and enriching architecture with aesthetic value—positioning White Rabbit Ceramics as a globally competitive force.

Craftsmanship Above All, Quality Reigns Supreme

“Whatever is achieved, must be done with reverence.” His relentless pursuit of quality is woven into every facet of his enterprise. Time and again, he enters the factory by himself—examining tiles, crouching by the line, inspecting every detail. “Zero defects” is non-negotiable—even if slow down the production, no compromise is allowed.

Like an engine that never rests, he constantly absorbs the new and drives innovation. White Rabbit Ceramics has developed over 28,000 products across more than 50 series, owns over 300 national patents, and has led the formulation of national industry standards. In just eight months, he completed a fully modernized and digitalized production base, setting the benchmark for “White Rabbit Speed.”

He says, “Ceramics are not just for floors and walls—they are works of art, symbols of culture.”

To preserve ceramic heritage, he built the China Jin Brick & Mosaic Art Museum—a journey through Eastern and Western cultural fusion. From ancient blue-and-white porcelain to modern craft, “a glance spans a millennium”—he hopes visitors will feel the profound beauty and enduring artistry of ceramics.

He firmly believes that technology is the engine of industry. He led the transition from high-consumption, high-emission production to green, intelligent manufacturing, and ransformed factories into garden-style spaces and setting new industry standards. Through tangible action, he embodies the ideal of “following nature’s way, coexisting in harmony.”

Devoted to Country, Committed to Responsibility

He always believes that entrepreneurs can not only care about the profit—also they must embrace social responsibility. Over the years, he has donated more than ¥150 million and actively supported public welfare causes, including medical aid, education, disaster relief, elderly care, and rural revitalization.
He says, “Helping one child can change a family; helping one family can change a generation.”
At the crucial moments of national crisis—The Wenchuan earthquake , the Henan floods and pandemic response—he was always the first to act. He established a “Crisis Relief Fund” to support struggling employees and impoverished students, bringing hope to hundreds of families.
Beyond material assistance, he cares deeply about emotional support. He has personally visited remote mountainous areas to care for children’s education—bringing them warmth. He believes that the true value of enterprise lies not only in economic creation, but in the transmission of human kindness.
